Source: Roydad Emroz daily<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Iranian regime desperately tries to unify exchange rates to halt currency decline<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Iranian authorities have vowed to enforce a single exchange rate to the U.S. dollar in a bid to stop a slide that has seen Iran&#8217;s rial currency fall by more than one-third in seven months.<\/p>\n<p>Officials said that from April 10 on, the government will sell the dollar at a rate of 42,000 rials to all individuals and businesses, and asserted that &#8220;enemies&#8221; of Iran were behind the currency&#8217;s decline<br \/>\nThis announcement was met with widespread mocking and rdicule in Iranian social media.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 ISFAHAN: Farmers&#8217; protest rally continues<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This morning,\u00a0<span class=\"highlight\">Tuesday<\/span>, April 10th, according to the call made yesterday, protesters began their rally against their acquisition of their water &#8211; rights and waterlessness of their farms.<\/p>\n<p>The number of participants in the rally is more than one thousand and it is increasing continiously.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that Farmers in Isfahan, who have been waging massive and contentious protests since March, are demanding their very legitimate rights to the water and asking for the flow of water in Zayandehrud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Sharp drop in the value of Iran&#8217;s currency<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On Monday the rial was trading at 62,000 to the dollar.
