\"\"<\/strong>IRAN-\u00a0 Qom , 22 September 2017<\/strong>— The Iranian regime’s deputy prosecutor in the city of Qom, announced that the hands of three person for minor crime were amputated and at the same time four others were executed in the same city for drug related charge.<\/p>\n

According to Iranian regime’s radio and television news agency on September 21, deputy prosecutor called Younes Davoudi officially announced the above mentioned punishments.<\/p>\n

It is noteworthy than in the month of June, Two young men in Tehran accused of theft were sentenced by the 11th Branch of Tehran Province criminal court to have their fingers amputated.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was forced to resort to stealing to come up with money for my wife\u2019s chemotherapy,\u201d one of the accused said.<\/p>\n

The defendants are Taghi, 30, and Parviz, 31, by their first names.<\/p>\n

The state-run Rokna news agency interviewed one of the defendants whose wife is suffering from cancer:<\/p>\n

Q: How many counts do you have?<\/p>\n

A: Four counts of theft<\/p>\n

Q: Why did you steal?<\/p>\n

A: I didn\u2019t have any money to pay for my wife\u2019s chemotherapy while she suffers from cancer. Of course, I don\u2019t know if she\u2019s still alive or not.<\/p>\n

Q: Do you have a child?<\/p>\n

A: Yeah, two daughters.<\/p>\n

Q: Why didn\u2019t you try to find work and not steal?<\/p>\n

A: I was wrong<\/p>\n

Q: What will you do if they amputate your hands?<\/p>\n

A: I don\u2019t know, and I truly regret it. I tried my best to gain their consent, but I\u2019m alone, in prison and no one can help me.<\/p>\n

Q: Where is your family now?<\/p>\n

A: I don\u2019t know. I\u2019m worried about my wife but they have all forgotten me.b<\/p>\n

Q: Where did you place what you stole?<\/p>\n

A: We sold it to a guy, and they are after him now. He gave us very little money.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
