There are also many cases where Afghan prisoners, or death row inmates, are released on the condition of being dispatched to Syria.<\/p>\n<p>Under orders issued by the Quds Force, Iraqi militias such as the al-Nojba, the Badr Organization, Sarayaye Khorasani, Asaeb Ahl al-Haq and Kataeb Hezbollah have sent forces to Syria.
