Dear friends,<\/span>
\n<\/span>Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The birthday of the Prophet of peace and freedom is an occasion for the world to celebrate human values such as brotherhood and generosity.<\/span><\/p>\n

My best wishes for a happy\u00a0New Year<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0filled with blessings, good health and prosperity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dear friends,<\/span>
\n<\/span>In the final months of 2019, the people of Iran took to the streets in their greatest uprising against the mullahs\u2019 religious dictatorship.<\/span><\/p>\n

The regime responded by killing 1,500 people, wounding 4,000, and arresting another 12,000.<\/span>
\n<\/span>However, guided by the leading organization and its resistance units, the\u00a0PMOI<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, the people of Iran are determined to overthrow this regime and establish freedom and democracy in Iran.<\/span><\/p>\n

The international community must take urgent action to stop the killings and ensure the release of those arrested. The UN Security Council must hold the regime\u2019s leaders accountable for committing crimes against humanity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Only the end of this regime will bring peace and security to the Middle East and peaceful coexistence among all nations.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would like to express my gratitude to all the advocates of freedom around the world who have supported the Iranian people\u2019s struggle for freedom and democracy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Happy 2020<\/span><\/strong>!<\/span>
\n<\/span>Democracy shall overcome.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Iran<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0will be free!<\/span><\/p>\n
