The decision-making process and nexus between the MOIS &amp; IRGC will also be discussed.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The press briefing will introduce the NCRI&#8217;s new book, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncrius.org\/irans-emissaries-of-terror.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Iran&#8217;s Emissaries of Terror<\/a>: How mullahs&#8217; embassies run the network of espionage and murder.<\/p>\n<p>The briefing will highlight the role of the MOIS and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in hatching and conducting terror operations in the United States and Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The new publication details the decision-making process for such terror operations, the role of the regime&#8217;s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, the agencies involved, the coordination process, and the cover-up for these terrorist operations.<\/p>\n<p>Year 2018 witnessed a sharp surge in Tehran&#8217;s terror plots on the Western soil, from the United States to France and Albania.
