The Iranian regime Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei took to the podium on Monday, marking the death of regime founder, Ruhollah Khomeini, 29 years ago and citing major concerns over future challenges facing his apparatus.<\/p>\n
Referring to the Iranian opposition People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK), Khamenei insisted this face-off has existed ever since Khomeini\u2019s era and continues to this day.<\/p>\n
\u201cSince day one after the [1979] revolution, hypocritical groups have existed, making a stance against our Islamic state and the heritage of [Khomeini]\u2026 creating problems for us,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

With the U.S. pulled out of the Iran nuclear deal, Khamenei began showing signs of\u00a0losing hope in Europe<\/a>, as well.<\/p>\n \u201cToday, there are those who insist on imposing a disfigured deal to our country. Foreign governments are looking to have people inside the country promote this idea, warning it is either this or war. No, this is a lie. This propaganda is in favor of the enemy,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n \u201cOne day in Tehran\u2019s streets, marking Quds Day in defense of Palestine, we witnessed people chanting \u2018Not Gaza, Not Lebanon,\u2019\u201d Khamenei said, acknowledging how the Iranian people oppose his regime\u2019s foreign policies and meddling in other countries.<\/p>\n Saber-Rattling<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThe enemy knows if they launch one missile, we\u2019ll launch dozens back. Missiles, producing a variety of missiles and the strength of our missiles will provide security for our country,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Interesting is how the Fars news agency, associated directly to the Revolutionary Guards, changed the title of its piece covering Khamenei piece too, \u201cIf they launch one missile, we\u2019ll launch two.\u201d<\/p>\n In his speech Khamenei also referred to\u00a0protests<\/a>\u00a0held by people from all walks of life across the country, describing this phenomenon as an enemy conspiracy.<\/p>\n Finalizing his remarks, Khamenei spoke in Arabic calling on Arab youths to rise in protests against their governments – another clear sign of Iranian regime meddling.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
